West Sacramento Municipal Code Ch. 9.20 Nudity (CA)

§ 9.20.010. Display of female breasts in business establishments.¶

Every female is guilty of a misdemeanor who, while participating in any live act, demonstration, exhibition or otherwise employed in any establishment which is licensed by the state to sell alcohol or is doing business within the city:

A. Exposes any portion of the areola or nipple of either breast;

B. Employs any device or covering which is intended to simulate the areola or nipple of the breast; or

C. Wears any type of clothing so that any portion of the areola or nipple of the breast may be observed.

§ 9.20.020. Display of genitalia in liquor establishments or other business…¶

Every person is guilty of a misdemeanor who, while participating in any live act, demonstration, exhibition or otherwise employed in any establishment which is licensed by the state to sell alcohol or is doing business within the city:

A. Exposes his or her genitalia, or employs any device or covering which is intended to simulate the genitalia or pubic hair of such person;

B. Permits, procures or assists any person to so expose him or herself, or to employ any such device.
