§ 9.04.010. False reports.¶

A. Statements. It is unlawful for any person to knowingly falsify or conceal any fact or make any false or fraudulent statement or misrepresentation in any matter or proceeding within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the city.

B. Writings and Documents. It is unlawful for any person to knowingly use any false or misleading writing or document in any matter or proceeding within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the city.
