§ 11.04.010. Adoption of General Hazards Ordinance.¶
Title 11, Health and Safety, Division 2, General Hazards, of the Los Angeles County Code, as amended and in effect on March 29, 1985, is hereby adopted by reference as the "General Hazards Ordinance" of the city.
A copy of the General Hazards Ordinance has been deposited in the office of the City Clerk, and shall be at all times maintained by the Clerk for use and examination by the public.

§ 11.04.020. Violations and Penalty.¶
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted, and upon conviction is punishable by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period not exceeding six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
