West Hollywood Municipal Code Ch. 7.28 Fumigation

In addition to the notification requirements imposed by Section 6782 of Title 3 of the California Code of Regulations, any person who fumigates a residential building within the city using a tarpaulin or tent shall:

a. Provide written notice to the city of the intended fumigation, directed to the City Clerk, not less than twenty-four hours prior to erection of the tarpaulin or tent.

b. Distribute by personal delivery to the residents of the property to be fumigated and to residents of all properties within a one-hundred-foot radius of the subject property, a written notification of the intended fumigation, which notification shall conform to and contain all the information provided in a notification form available from the City Clerk's office.
