§ 1.04.010. Adoption by reference.

The following portions of the Ordinance Code of Stanislaus County, California, are adopted by reference under the authority of Section 50020 to 50022.9 of the Government Code of the state of California:

A. The following portions of Title 10: All of Chapter 10.12, Gambling; all of Chapter 10.16, Pool and Billiard Parlors; all of Chapter 10.24, Fortune Telling; and, all of Chapter 10.28, Curfew;

B. The following portions of Title 11: All of Chapter 11.20, Interference With Emergency Vehicles;

C. The following portions of Title 6: All of Chapter 6.48, Regulation of Restaurants and Permits; all of Chapter 6.44, Public Dance and Dance Hall Permits; all of Chapter 6.16, Circus and Carnival Permits; and, all of Chapter 6.52, Second Hand Dealers;

D. The following portions of Title 6: All of Chapter 2, Interference With Emergency Vehicles;

E. The following portions of Title 7: All of Chapter 2, Regulation of Restaurants and Permits; all of Chapter 3, and 7-51 thereof; all of Chapter 4, Circus and Carnival Permits, except Section 7-67 thereof; all of Chapter 6, Secondhand Dealers;

F. The following portions of Title 8: All of Chapter 1, Building Code; all of Chapter 2, Plumbing Code; all of Chapter 3, Electrical Code; and all of Chapter 6, Street Improvements Required;

G. The following portions of Title 9: All of Chapter 2, Subdividing; all of Chapter 3, Zoning Ordinance.
