Waterford Municipal Code Ch. 9.08 Fortunetelling

It is unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation to engage in, or carry on business in the city limits as a fortuneteller, soothsayer, mind reader, palm reader, clairvoyant, astrologer, phrenologist or seer for a fee, or other remuneration, or to accept a fee, remuneration or any representative or article of value for fortunetelling, soothsaying, mind reading, palm reading, clairvoyance, astrology or phrenology in said city limits.
