Article 5-13 — GARBAGE, TRASH OR RECYCLING CONTAINERS¶
In residential zoning districts, it shall be unlawful for any person to store garbage, trash or recycling containers in the following locations for a period in excess of twenty-four (24) hours:
a. A public right-of-way;
b. Residential front or side yards, where such containers are visible from public streets.
