Sec. 13-2.1. - Adoption of County Ordinance by Reference.¶
Those certain printed documents, three (3) copies of each which are on file in the office of the City Clerk, being marked and designated as Orange County Ordinance No. 1097, An Ordinance Regulating the Drilling, Redrilling, and Servicing of Oil Wells, and the Production and Storage of Hydrocarbon Substances, be and the same is hereby adopted as the law of the City.
A copy of said Ordinance No. 1097, is hereby marked "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as though fully set forth at this point. [2]
