10.700.010 Report prohibited.¶

It shall be unlawful for any person, either willfully or knowingly, to report to the police department any false event, circumstance, fact or accusation, calculated, designed or intended to furnish the basis for any investigation, arrest, or prosecution. (Code 1971, § 6221)
