7.88.010 - Hours prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen years to loiter in or about any public street, alley, park or other public place, or any place open to the public in the city, between the hour of ten p.m. and the time of sunrise of the following day, when not accompanied by his parent, guardian or other adult person having the legal care, custody and control of such person, or spouse of such person who is over eighteen years of age.
