§ 2.40.010. Contract for retirement system.¶
A contract has heretofore been authorized by Ordinance No. 347, with amendments to the contract by Ordinance Nos. 396, 445, 478, and 598, between the city and the board of administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System. A copy of the contract, together with the amendments, is on file in the office of the city clerk, and referred to herein and by such reference made a part hereof the same as though herein set forth in full.

§ 2.40.020. Amendment to contract.¶
That an amendment to the contract between the city council and the board of administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System, is authorized, a copy of such amendment being attached hereto, marked "Exhibit," and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.
