Chapter 2ݤ9230 CIRCULATION STANDARDS

§9230.2 APPLICABILITY

Section 9230 of this code shall apply to the design and construction of a new or reconstructed street, alley, or pedestrian/bike path within the boundaries of this code. No grading or building permit shall be issued and no discretionary entitlement shall be approved unless the proposed construction complies with section 9230 of this code. (Ord. 1139, §2 (Exh.
