17.04.010 - Establishment and designation of districts.¶
The several districts hereby established and in to which the county is divided are designated as follows:

17.04.020 - By right processing for recycled housing element sites.¶
The county shall allow residential use by right for housing developments in which at least twenty percent of the units are affordable to lower income households on lower-income RHNA sites that were listed in the existing and previous housing element updates, in compliance with Government Code Section 65583.2(c). This provision shall apply to the following sites included in the 7th Cycle Housing Element Sites Inventory listed in Appendix B "Vacant Sites Inventory Table"
