Tracy Municipal Code Art. 2 Sidewalks

All streets and alleys, as laid out and designated (except as have been withdrawn) on the map entitled "Map of the Town of Tracy," recorded in the office of the Recorder of San Joaquin County on the 29th day of June, 1892, and all County roads heretofore established which now come within the corporate limits of the City, are hereby declared public highways of this City. There is hereby set aside as a sidewalk space ten (10') feet on each side of every such highway, not less than fifty (50') feet wide, except to the south side of Sixth Street and the north side of Fourth Street.
