4.20.010 - Creation.¶
There is hereby created, pursuant to Section 53730 et seq. of the Government Code, a capital outlay fund.

4.20.020 - Annual levy.¶
The board of supervisors shall annually levy a special tax to accumulate a fund for capital outlay.

4.20.030 - Deposit of surplus funds.¶
The board of supervisors may from time to time deposit surplus funds, including federal revenue sharing funds in the capital outlay fund.

4.20.040 - Expenditures.¶
Expenditures from the capital outlay fund shall be made in accordance with appropriations contained in the annual budget and shall be made only for the ordinary and necessary capital outlays required by the county unless the voters of the county approve the use of such money for another purpose under Section 53736 of the Government Code.
