15.40.010 - Title.

This chapter shall be known as the "California Administrative Code" or "state administrative code."

15.40.020 - Adoption.

The 2022 California Administrative Code, Title 24, Part 1 of the California Code of Regulations, as specified by Sections 17922 and 18938 of the California Health and Safety Code, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference into this Code.

There is one copy of said code on file in the office of the building official for use and examination by the public.
