3.24.140 - Procedures in processing sick leave.¶

A. The department head shall notify the county auditor on the regular payroll form of sick leave taken by employees of his department, which amount shown to be taken shall be deducted from the employee's total accumulated sick leave.

B. An employee hired directly by the board shall notify the county auditor on the regular payroll form of sick leave taken by him, which amount shown to be taken shall be deducted from the employee's total accumulated sick leave.

3.24.170 - Extra-help employees.¶

Extra-help employees may receive sick leave with pay as provided by resolution of the board of supervisors.
