11.16.010 - Bicycle riding on certain bridges.

A. It shall be unlawful for any person, or persons, to ride a bicycle upon or over any bridge in the county which is provided with a pedestrian walkway and which is posted with signs prohibiting such conduct.

B. Said person or persons shall dismount and use the walkway thereon. This section shall apply, but not be confined to, the bridges designated as follows:

  1. Paynes Creek Slough Bridge No. 8-88;

  2. Sampson Slough Bridge No. 8-89;

  3. East Sand Slough Bridge No. 8-90;

  4. West Sand Slough Bridge No. 8-91.
