13.26.010 - Use of crosswalks required in historic downtown area.

No pedestrian shall cross a street, highway or roadway within the historic downtown of Sutter Creek other than by a marked crosswalk or at an intersection considered a crosswalk by state law. For the purposes of this ordinance, the historic downtown area is the area along and on both sides of Old Highway 49 between Church Street and Gopher Flat Road.
