10.36.010 - Throwing or burning rubbish in public places prohibited.

Any person who throws or places, or causes to be thrown or placed in the streets, alleys, roads or highways or upon the sidewalks, or who fires or burns or who causes to be fired or burned in public places in the City of Sutter Creek, any paper, straw or other rubbish is guilty of a misdemeanor.

10.36.020 - False alarm prohibited—Penalty.

A. No person shall willfully give or make within the city any false alarm of fire.

B. Any person violating this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction for violation thereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail or city jail for not exceeding six months or by fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or both.
