1795-010 - AUTHORITY¶
This ordinance is enacted pursuant to Section 24051 of the California Government Code.

1795-020 - ANNUAL INVENTORY¶
On or before July 10 th in each year, each county officer or person in charge of any office, department, service or institution of the county, and the executive head of each special district whose affairs and funds are under the supervision and control of the board of supervisors or for which the board is ex officio the governing body, shall file with the county auditor an inventory under oath, showing in detail all county property in their possession or in their charge at the close of business on the preceding June 30 th .

1795-030 - FORMS AND PROCEDURES¶
The manner and form in which the inventory shall be compiled shall be prescribed by the county auditor, and may be revised by the county auditor from time to time. The county auditor shall make available the prescribed form of inventory to those persons, districts, services and institutions charged with the duty of filing such inventory.

1795-040 - DELIVERY OF INVENTORY TO SUCCESSOR¶
A true copy of the last inventory filed by each county officer or person in charge of any office, department, service or institution of the county, and the executive head of each special district whose affairs and funds are under the supervision and control of the board of supervisors or for which the board is ex officio the governing body, shall be delivered to their successor in office on the day such successor assumes office, and such successor shall receipt for it. Such receipt shall be filed with the county auditor.
