§ 8.24.120. Well standards—Sources.¶

All water wells, geothermal heat exchange wells, monitoring wells and cathodic protection wells shall be constructed, reconstructed, repaired, destroyed and inactivated or converted in accordance with the standards set by state law, including those regulations and standards issued by the California Department of Water resources and in accord with adopted city standards.
