§ 3.04.010. Title.¶
This chapter shall be the taxation code and establishes the law of this City respecting the subjects to which it relates.

The administration of this code shall be vested in the Department of Finance of the City.

For the purpose of this code Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28 and all amendments thereto of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State, are hereby adopted and made a part of this code.

§ 3.04.040. Tax Collector designated.¶
The Tax Collector of the City shall be the City Treasurer, by whatever title he or she may be known.
