§ 15.40.010. Adoption of California Existing Building Code.¶
On January 1, 2026, there was filed in the office of the City Clerk one copy of the California Existing Building Code, 2025 Edition, as published by the California Building Standards Commission and which incorporates by adoption the 2024 Edition of the International Existing Building Code adopted by the International Code Council. Said code is hereby incorporated in this code by reference.
