§ 6.32.010. Employee housing.

The department of environmental resources shall be responsible for permitting, inspection, and re-inspections of all employee housing, labor camps, dairy farm labor camps, and labor supply camps, pursuant to Health and Safety Code, Division 13, Part 1, also known as the Employee Housing Act, and California Code of Regulations, Title 25, Division 1, Chapter 1, also known as the Employee Housing Regulations.

§ 6.32.020. Fees.

The Stanislaus County board of supervisors has adopted those portions of the Health and Safety Code, Division 13, Part 1, and California Code of Regulations, Title 25, Division 1, Chapters 1 also known as the Employee Housing Act. Fees shall be charged as authorized by the aforementioned laws and regulations and as adopted by the board of supervisors.
