South El Monte Municipal Code Ch. 1.20 Posting of Official Notices

A. The following public places within the city are established for the posting of all ordinances, resolutions, notices and matters required by the law to be published:

1. The City Hall at 1415 Santa Anita Avenue, South El Monte, at a location designated by the city manager;

2. The Community Center at 1530 Central Avenue, South El Monte, at a location designated by the city manager; and

3. The Peter F. Schabarum Senior Citizen Center at 1554 Central Avenue, South El Monte, at a location designated by the city manager.

B. Except when a different manner of publication, such as in a newspaper of general circulation or different place of posting is specifically required by any applicable law, the posting of any ordinance, resolution, notice or other matter at each of the places mentioned in subsection A of this section at the times the same are required to be published shall constitute due publication thereof.
