9.44.010 Unlawful.¶
It is unlawful to camp, lodge or tarry overnight in any vacant lot, or in any place where hay or straw is stored, or in any building, without the permission of the owner or occupant of the premises first being obtained. (Ord. 68 Art. XV § 19, 1900).
9.44.020 Wandering with no means of support.¶
It is unlawful for any person not having any visible means of support to wander about the streets, or loiter around the street corners, or to be in or about saloons, or on the Plaza or Mountain Cemetery. (Ord. 68 Art. XV § 19, 1900).
9.44.030 Obedience to peace officer.¶
It is unlawful to fail, neglect or refuse to disperse or move on, on any street or sidewalk, if directed so to do by a peace officer. (Ord. 68 Art. XV § 35, 1900).
