Sec. 2-24. - Appointment.¶
The office of county surveyor shall be filled by appointment by the board of supervisors pursuant to the provisions of Section 27550 of the Government Code of the state.

Sec. 2-25. - Term.¶
Any person appointed county surveyor under the provisions of this division shall serve at the pleasure of the board of supervisors.
