§ 1-10-1. Municipal elections.¶
The date of municipal elections for the city shall be the first Tuesday after the first Monday in each evennumbered year in accordance with Elections Code section 1301.

§ 1-10-2. Publication of official documents.¶
Whenever, by law, ordinance or resolution a notice must be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the city, such notice shall be published in one of the following:
Santa Barbara News Press
Santa Ynez Valley News

§ 1-10-3. Posting official documents.¶
Whenever, by law, ordinance or resolution a notice must be posted in a public place in the city, such notice shall be posted at the following locations:
