9.20.010 - Fortunetelling, etc., prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for any person to exhibit, engage in or conduct for a fee or compensation of any kind the business, art or practice of fortunetelling, palmistry, phrenology, lifereading, cartomancy, clairvoyance, clairaudience, crystal gazing, mind reading or necromancy.

9.20.020 - Injury to or interference with police department dogs.¶
It is unlawful for any person to injure, tease, torture, torment, beat, kick, strike, mutilate, disable or kill any dog used by the police department of the city or any officer thereof in the performance of the functions or duties of such department, whether or not the dog is being so utilized at the time, or to interfere or meddle with any such dog while it is being used in the performance of any such functions or duties.

9.20.030 - Drinking of alcoholic beverages on public streets, public property or…¶
A. It is unlawful for any person to consume any beer, wine, whiskey or other alcoholic beverages on the following premises:
Any public street, way, alley, park, playground, public parking lot or other property owned, leased or otherwise provided and maintained by the city for public use; or
Within one hundred feet of any public way while on private property open to public view without the express permission of the owner, the owner's agent, or the person in lawful possession thereof.
B. The provisions of this section shall not be deemed to make punishable any act or acts which are prohibited by any statute of the state. The provisions of this section shall not apply to any person or persons in attendance at any group activity in any public park in the city, which group activity has received special permission pursuant to the provisions of Section 12.12.010 of this code. Violation of the provisions of this section is declared to be an infraction.
