12.08.010 - Chart showing street numbers.¶
The interim city manager or his/her designee shall keep current a chart showing the proper street numbers of every lot in the city and the numbers as shown on the chart are established and designated as the official street numbers for the city. The chart shall be kept on file in the community development department and shall be open to inspection by anyone interested.

12.08.020 - Numbers to be affixed to buildings.¶
Approved numbers or addresses shall be provided for all buildings so as to be plainly visible and legible from the street or road fronting the property. Said numbers or addresses shall contrast with their background and shall be a minimum four inches in height for residential and six inches for commercial buildings.

12.08.030 - Failure to affix numbers.¶
It is the duty of the property owners and the occupants of every structure in the city to have placed thereon approved numbers or addresses. Any person failing to place such approved numbers or addresses to any structure within ten days after receiving notice to do so from the city is guilty of a misdemeanor.
