4.48.010 Penalty for violation of county codes adopted by reference.¶

Whenever in this title the provisions of the County Code of Regulatory Ordinances are adopted by reference, the performing of any act forbidden, or the failing to perform any act required by said County Code of Regulatory Ordinances as adopted by reference, shall constitute an offense punishable according to the provisions of Chapter 1.16 SBMC. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 45 § 1, 1987; 1987 Code § 4.76.010)
