3.44.010 - Adoption of ambulance services and related fees.¶
The city of Sierra Madre hereby adopts and incorporates herein by reference Sections 7.16.280 through 7.16.340 of Title 7, Division 2 of the Los Angeles County Code, as amended and in effect on October 24, 2006, as the rates for ambulance services and related special charges provided by the city.

3.44.020 - Definitions.¶
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.44.010, whenever the names or terms defined in this section are used in this chapter, each such name or term shall have the meaning ascribed to it in this section unless the context plainly requires otherwise.
"Board of supervisors" means the city council of the city of Sierra Madre.
"County" or "county of Los Angeles" means the city of Sierra Madre.
"Director" or "director of the department of health services" means the city manager.
