16.08.010 - General.

Tentative, parcel and tract, and final maps shall be prepared when required by and in conformance with the provisions of this chapter.

16.08.020 - Parcel maps.

A preliminary, tentative and final parcel map shall be required for all subdivisions for which a tract map is not required by Section 16.08.030 of this title except where:

A. The parcel map is waived by the city council; and,

B. A lot line adjustment or lot combination between two or more adjacent parcels is proposed.

16.08.030 - Tract maps.

A. A preliminary, tentative, and final tract map shall be submitted to the department of planning and community preservation for all subdivisions where a tentative and final tract map are required pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act.

B. Nothing shall preclude the department of planning and community preservation from requiring a tract map wherever a parcel map is required by this title or by the Subdivision Map Act.
