13.04.010 - Basis.¶

A. The city operates a water utility system. The city operates such water utility as an enterprise recovering one hundred percent of the cost to operate such utility. Charges by the city for the provision of water to residences, places of business and other locations within the city shall be payable monthly in advance or as established by future resolutions.

B. Charges shall be established by resolution adopted by the City Council from time to time.
