7-5-1: CONSTRUCTION OF PUMPS; APPROVAL REQUIRED:¶

It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, install or replace any gasoline or distillate service pump, or any gasoline or distillate storage tank, upon any public street or alley within the City, or upon any property of the City without the consent and approval of the Council. (Ord. 255; 11-21-27)
