§ 9.16.010. Unauthorized removal of ornaments from public parks or streets.¶
No person shall remove any ornament or improvement in any public park or street of the city without first receiving permission from the city council.

§ 9.16.020. Depositing dead animals, rubbish or other offensive matter.¶
No person shall deposit in any street or park within the city any dead animal, filth, dirt, trash, rubbish or offensive matter; and any person violating the provisions of this section, or any part thereof, shall be liable for the cost of removing such dead animal, filth, dirt, rubbish or offensive matter, in addition to the other penalties prescribed in this code.

§ 9.16.030. Throwing stones at buildings.¶
No person shall wilfully and maliciously throw stones or other substances at, against or upon any house or other building within the city.
