SECTION 300. Council-Manager Form of Government.

The municipal government provided by this Charter shall be known as the "Council-Manager" form of government.

SECTION 301. Residency Requirements.

The Constitution and laws of the State of California shall govern residency requirements for Council members and the City Manager.
