5.12.010 - Amends Chapter 4.40 of Santa Cruz County Code.¶
Chapter 4.40 of the Santa Cruz County Code, which code was adopted by Ordinance 10 of the city and Santa Cruz County Ordinances 490 and 593, which ordinances the city succeeded to pursuant to Chapter 4.40, are each amended to conform to the provisions of exhibits "A" and "B" on file in the office of the city clerk. Except as amended by exhibits "A" and "B" all of the terms and conditions of Chapter 4.40, Ordinance 490 and of Ordinance 593, shall remain in full force and effect.
