Santa Cruz Municipal Code Ch. 3.12 Property Tax

Pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 1316, adopted April 25, 1924, there was adopted for the assessment of property and collection of taxes within the city for city purposes that certain state law which was adopted and passed by the legislature of the state, at its fortieth session, was approved by the governor on the sixth of June, 1913, took effect on the tenth of August, 1913, and is of record in the statutes of said session at page 499 et seq.
