The following sections of Chapter 3 of the California Plumbing Code, as adopted by Chapter 20.01 hereof, are added, deleted, or amended as follows.

§ 20.03.010. Section 301.2.6 is Added.

Section 301.2.6 is added to read as follows:

301.2.6 Used Materials. Previously used industrial apparatus and processing equipment may be reinstalled provided it complies with all applicable provisions of this code.
