§ 28.12.001. Title.

The boundaries of the zones provided in Chapter 28.10 are shown upon the zone map which is entitled as follows: "Sectional Zoning Map of the City of Santa Barbara." All notations, references and other information shown on said map are incorporated by reference herein and made a part hereof.
