Sec. 37-8. - Regulation of sale and distribution of tobacco products, tobacco…¶
(a) Self-service display of tobacco products, tobacco product paraphernalia, electronic smoking devices and electronic smoking device paraphernalia are prohibited, except:
(1) Vending machines of tobacco products, tobacco product paraphernalia, electronic smoking devices and electronic smoking device paraphernalia may be allowed in bars provided that the vending machines are located at least twenty-five feet from any entrance.
