Sec. 30-30. - Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of sections 30-32 and 30-43(c) of article 5, and sections 30-46, 30-47 and 30-59(c) of article 6 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions cited in this section are committed, continued, or permitted, and upon conviction of any such violation such person shall be punishable by fine or by imprisonment or by both such fine and imprisonment, as provided in section 1-7 of this Code.
