Santa Ana Municipal Code § 13-80 Creation; deposits and expenditures

There is hereby created and established the "Main-Sunflower Corridor" Improvement Fund, for the purpose of implementing that certain agreement, dated August 12, 1980, between the cities of Santa Ana, Irvine and Costa Mesa for the financing of street improvements in the area of the "Main-Sunflower Corridor," a copy or which is on file in the office of the clerk of the council. Moneys shall be deposited into, and expended from, said fund in accordance with the provisions of the said agreement, as the same now exists and as it may from time to time hereafter be amended.
