Sec. 13-140. - Creation.¶
There is hereby created and established the "Library Fund."

Sec. 13-141. - Deposit of moneys.¶
Amounts received from library fund-raising activities, donations, and amounts derived from gifts, bequests and devises to the library shall be deposited in the library fund.

Sec. 13-142. - Expenditure of funds.¶
Money in the library fund shall only be expended for library purposes.
