§ 1.16.010. Signing, attestation and sealing.¶
All ordinances and resolutions shall be signed by the mayor and attested by the city clerk under the seal of the city. All written contracts and conveyances made or entered into by the city shall be signed by the mayor; provided, however, that the city council may designate the city manager to sign such documents in any individual case.

§ 1.16.020. Designation of places where notices to be posted.¶
All notices required by law or by ordinance to be posted shall be posted in the following public places:
