San Pablo Municipal Code Ch. 3.32 Appropriations for Housing Authority

The city council may by a majority vote appropriate or donate money or in lieu thereof services of the city for maintenance, reconstruction, or rehabilitation of low income housing owned and operated pursuant to the laws and Constitution of the state. Such services or donations shall include but shall not be restricted to the waiver of inspection fees or building permit fees.
