§ 6-7-100. MOTOR TRUCK AND TRUCKING COMBINATIONS.

For the purpose of this Title, a motor truck is a motor vehicle over 20 feet in length or exceeding a maximum gross weight limit of four and one-half (4 1/2) tons designed, used, or maintained primarily for the transportation of property; and a "trucking combination" is any combination of vehicles designed, used, or maintained for the transportation of property coupled together exceeding a maximum gross weight limit of four and one-half (4 1/2) tons or a total length of 20 feet.

§ 6-7-105. THROUGH MOTOR TRUCK OR TRUCKING COMBINATION.

A through motor truck or trucking combination is any motor truck or trucking combination as hereinbefore defined, entering this City from any point outside of the City and destined for any other point located outside the City of San Leandro.

§ 6-7-110. LOCAL MOTOR TRUCK OR TRUCKING COMBINATION.

A local motor truck or trucking combination is any motor truck or trucking combination as hereinabove defined which is not a through motor truck or trucking combination as hereinabove defined.
