DOWNTOWN BICYCLE PARKING REQUIREMENTS

20.70.450 Reduction of requirement.

  • A. The director may authorize the reduction of two on-site loading spaces to one on-site loading space in connection with the issuance of a development permit if the director finds that sufficient on-street loading space exists to accommodate circulation and manipulation of freight.

  • B. The director may reduce the number of offstreet loading spaces based on the available loading space within the public right-of-way.

20.70.460 Standards.

Loading spaces, driveways and maneuvering space in on-site loading areas shall comply with Sections 20.90.420 and 20.90.430. (Ords. 26248, 27091.)

The number of required bicycle parking spaces shall be as set forth in Chapter 20.90 of this title. (Ords. 28836, 30857.)
